All Recruitment Related Works Including recruitment, Selection, Induction, Manpower Planner, preparing contract, offer letter, policies, etc., Responsible for employee file management

The major Functions are:-

• Identify roles to be filled within the organization - this will be approved by the Recruitment manager
• Responsible for manpower planning
• Assists the Recruitment manager in designing job descriptions
• Updates the organizational structure as and when required
• Responsible for sourcing for suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels
• Designs recruitment advertisements
• Develops assessment tools for selection process
• Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads
• Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs
• Obtains and assess all credentials of the candidates
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
• Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
• Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidate
• Sends interview feedback to candidates
• Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
• Generates recruitment related reports
• Drafts employment letters and contracts for selected candidates
• Responsible for designing induction process for new hires
• Coordinates the entire induction process

• To handle Human Resource functional areas like compensation, benefits, resourcing, organizational effectiveness and employee development
• Handling Personnel files of the employees, database management.
• Industrial and Employee relation
• Office administration
• Statutory works like ESI, PF etc.,
• Conducting and handling recruitment and selection procedures.

As Recruitment Coordinator, my major responsibilities were:
• Managing Recruitment process (Search plan, JDs, job postings, employee referral, etc.
• Payroll preparation and Involved in induction and conducting exit formalities.
• Preparation and issuance, maintenance of offer letters/appointment letters, all the necessary correspondence to employee promotion, appreciation, termination, etc.
• Responsible for Operational HR like, Bank A/c openings, F&F settlement, Service awards to employees, leave management for the region, etc.
• Time Office - Maintenance of daily attendance & leave records of employees
• Actively involved in welfare activities like, celebrating various traditions, employee get together, picnics, etc.
• Induction training and product training for newly selected employees.
• Orientation programs.
