• Coordinate with Client, Suppliers, Vendors, Manufacturer’s day to day basis.
• Acting as the central point of contact between the Client and company to ensure interface issues are communicated to the relevant parties.
• Coordinate and facilitate key interface meetings between functional work groups to drive progress, check alignment and ensure closure.
• Track and update all deliverable continuously throughout the project and give feedback to Management Team.
• Manage successful relationships with Sub-contractors and Associate Contractors.
• Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.
• Coordinate & Attend Project Meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
• Deliver presentations on project plans and schedule.
• Coordinate with the Clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Accompany Clients during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with Clients needs and financial resources.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers/Clients.
• Locate and appraise undeveloped areas for building sites, based on evaluations of area market conditions.
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure revenue goals are met and recognized accurately.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service Groups.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
