Key Result Areas:
•Monitoring inventory level; tracking deviations and taking corrective actions; identifying non-moving inventory & taking necessary steps to track, monitor & control inventory level
•Developing material requirement plan as per the requirement; tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in production

•Spearheading entire gamut of Import and Custom Clearance based operations inclusive of dealing with Freight Forwarders & CHAs for timely clearance of import/ exports consignments
•Designing monthly dashboard to review Freight Forwarder, CHA, transporter, Warehouse, Suppliers for their Cost & Services, Export/Import Tracker, SOP maintenance and presenting the same to the management
•Guiding & reviewing all Commercial matters and ensuring all purchase orders are captured and Revenue & Costs Recognition are in order and the financial reports are correctly reported
•Steering higher operational excellence, cost effective delivery, continuous improvement and business continuity planning culture to achieve higher productivity
•Categorizing and evaluating the input data in the computer terminal according to prices, model, and barcode number/item code through ERP system (Oracle J.D.E. & Retail PRO); providing technical support, and training users in Focus, Retail PRO, and Oracle J.D.E
•Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment; administering the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automating storage and retrieval systems
