Conducting Induction training as per company HSE plan and procedure to all new workers and before starting a new project.
Monitor and Conduct Site safety walk, inspection, auditing and incident/ accident investigation procedure with my team.
Preparing reports for unsafe conditions, Incidents or accidents, and coordinating with the projects managers to submit the corrective actions
Update awareness and understanding of all safety rules and regulations in the company.

Implementing Permit to Work System like Lockout & Tag out Procedure, Hot Works, Lifting and Confined Space.
Arrange external & internal HSE trainings for workers to improve their understanding and knowledge of safe working.
Developing & conducting trainings for internal HSE team.
Conduct Site safety walk, inspection, and incident/ accident investigation procedure.
To promote awareness and understanding of all HSE rules and regulations in the company.
Attend safety committee coordination meeting.
Develop and maintain the safe system of work for the projects.
Report unsafe conditions or defects in plant or equipment to the Site Manager.
Report to my Site Manager all unsafe condition or defects of equipment and plants.
Conduct tool box training for supervisors and labors.
Position: Job Card Supervisor (2012 to till 2013)
To Supervise the Job Card section of 4 persons.
Complete responsibility of Preparation and finalization of service and repair job invoices for all Plant & Machineries.
Coordination with Projects Managers, Sr. Engineers, Cost Controlling section, Sr. Administrator in Plant and sites /projects.
Position: JOB CARD CLERK (March-2009 to April 2011)
Opening and closing job cards for central workshop.
Making lists of all Job cards in Excel sheet.
Making monthly summary of job cards to charge the relative sites.
Co-ordination with store regarding issuance of material in job cards.
To provide sufficient information to workshop Engineer related job cards.
Co-ordinate with cost control section for costing.
Preparation and documentation of all related documents in line with ISO 9001 - 2000 procedures complete responsibility of preparing all official correspondences related to workshop.
Preparation and finalization of service and repair job invoices for all Plant & Machineries.
Service/Repair booking of all under warranty machineries and vehicles with dealers and accurate follow up.
Position: Workshop Clerk (Oct-2007 To March-2009)
To receive new machines as per LPO, allot MSE No and sent to the requested site.
Follow up of related items with the purchase department and suppliers as well.
To make History File of new machines.
Preparation of Periodic Delivery Inspection report.
Preparation of Material Issue Request. (MIR) Preparation of Store Issue Voucher. (SIV). Preparation of Store Transfer Voucher. (STV).
Ensure immediate action on all break downs reports on sites.
To make disposal if machine repair cost is uneconomical and forward to scrap section for further action.
To provide sufficient information to Hire Section for hiring Equipment.
