 To receive new machines as per LPO, allot MSE No and sent to the requested site.
 Follow up of related items with the purchase department and suppliers as well.
 To make History File of new machines.
 Preparation of Periodic Delivery Inspection report.
 Preparation of Material Issue Request. (MIR) Preparation of Store Issue Voucher. (SIV). Preparation of Store Transfer Voucher. (STV).
 Ensure immediate action on all break downs reports on sites.
 To make disposal if machine repair cost is uneconomical and forward to scrap section for further action.
 To provide sufficient information to Hire Section for hiring Equipment.
