Successfully got NKOM Technically approved by leading oils and gas majors including QP, QG, NOC, Total and others for executing large offshore fabrication projects, and EPCCI projects. Oversaw and led successful delivery of BulHanin and NFB LQ extension projects including Piles, Jackets and topsides (Well head & accommodation respectively) working in close collaboration with Mcdermott and Rosetti Marino EPCI clients.

Key Performance Areas: Delivering organization objectives and meeting targets, Implementation and control of safety and quality procedures across all operation divisions, performance management and succession planning for long term success, business development and expansion, development of new streams of income for company like shipyard management abroad and consultancy service, packaged Ballast water treatment and scrubber solutions, leading all functional departments comprising a total workforce of about 8000 workers and over 100 project managers, department managers, divisional managers and directors, resource planning, optimization and control, policy formulation and development, liaising with finance and commercial and formulating strategic planning and implementation to achieve organization’s business objectives within constraints of budget and time, customer relation and communication, responsible for productivity and hence turn over and profitability, staff development and motivation.
Major Projects during the time include : Stat Oil and Kvaerner Jacket part, piles for North Sea and HVDC platform BORWIN.

Delivered production & projects KPIs and company’s objectives by leading a large team of 8000 workers and professional engineers/managers of multinational force from more than 17 departments and divisions.
Increased profits and managed projects by implementing control measures, which reduced weld repair rates.
Developed strong trusting relations with new profitable customers for Jadaf and DMC business units.
Major projects executed during the time: ADNOC & Saudi Aramco major Rig refit projects, conversion projects including pipe rack and modules, Rashid C jacket, piles and top sides.

Led, controlled and turned around world’s largest HVDC platform project DOLWIN Beta, as Project Director, involving most sophisticated HVDC equipment from ABB for Tenet wind renewable energy sector for German offshore wind farm. Project of 22000 tons steel created history for GCC and world record heavy lifting operation involving 10000 tons lift to 53 meters height for mating operation. First of its kind which was followed by sister project Borwin later.
Administered and oversaw Turret building for world’s largest FLNG and floating Marine structure offshore Australia for Shell and Solan sub sea tank project.

Directed all production and fabrication processes for ship repair, conversion, new builds, offshore and industrial projects in DDWD and Global Offshore services.
Directed and led large team of Functional managers and projects managers for delivery of key projects like
MCV Eagle Texas and Lousinana, FSRU Toscana, Cyrus conversion project and BW Athena conversion.
Enhanced productivity and improved profits by leading and implementing new innovative procedures in many departments.
Introduced yard manpower and subcontractor resources optimization management program. Introduced subcontractors training to meet DDW standards there by reducing repairs rates therby cutting costs.
