To provide end-to-end seamless integrated support to our sales leaders, enabling them to achieve sales revenue, profit and growth objectives for IBM products, solutions and services through superior business analytic, sales pipeline management, revenue forecasting, weekly sales calls management and acting as a focal point to provide advisory services on current business situation.
- Direct Reporting to the Director of the Company
- Support Department for migration of new process;
- Responsible for RFI, RFP and SLA Documentation;
- Responsible for co-ordination and flow of information with other departments;
- Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance and Consult performance appraisal;
- Assist in organizing process flow to ensure such processes are adequately staffed, trained and mobilized in accordance with internal performance standards;
- Ensure continued control over all operational functions through regular monitoring, and frequent meetings with all staff;
- Function as the contact point for escalated customer complaints and handle such cases effectively and professionally, exhibiting pro-activity and responsiveness to customer issues;
- Responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the process and ensure adherence to processes, systems and schedules to drive service excellence, quality and productivity;
- Daily team and process related reporting;
- Team Reporting, Leave Management and Process Training;
- Managing a Team of 26 Members and looking after client annual balance confirmation requests;
- Work Allocation, Payment Flow Monitoring and assuring clear payment execution before RTGS and EBA Cut-Off;
- Ensuring the payment adhere to High Risk Media Policy (Compliance Regulatory requirements);
- Swift Messaging includes Cash Management through Direct or Correspondent Banking;
- Experience in Corresponding Banking and execution of Non-STP Payments through SWIFT Messaging, via MT 103, MT 202, MT 200, MT 204 & MT 109;
- SME (Service Management Expert) for the newly developed Translation Tool;
- Working on Remedy and providing translation of the tickets;
- Managing entire translation process, i.e. work allocation, review, timely delivery;
- Building weekly report for the process, procedure and work estimation;
- Conducting Interviews and German Language Sessions for the Technical Team Members;
-Translation for Insurance and Technical Process;
Communication and Office correspondence, attending meeting and writing minutes of the meeting. German Language translation and correspondence and all other assignments required in day to day organization work processing within the German office and clients
Senior Associate-Translation Services - Working in Off Shore GTS process. Core work is translation. Doing translation of Insurance Process and Technical Process.
Key Responsibilities Area: Apart from doing translation, which is my core work, I am also taking German classes sessions and taking interviews. Manage work distribution and look after the German process in absence of my manager.
