• Co-ordinating and Replying Request for Information raised by the Contractor related to the Architectural trade.
• Performing technical auditing of Architectural Contract documents prior to issuing the same for construction.
• Reviewing and Approving Technical Architectural submittals including Shop drawings, Materials and Sample submittals.
• Proactively co-ordinating with Designers and Consultants appointed by the Client.
• Preparing technical evaluation reports for Provisional Sum items for the Client’s review/approval.

• Preparing responses to all construction technical queries raised by the Contractor .
• Performing technical review of all workshop submittals including Shop drawings, Materials and Technical submittals .
• Co-ordinating effectively with Building Services & Structural disciplines .

• Ensuring that the Consultant’s comments noted on the Material, Shop drawings and Method statement are incorporated .
• Supervising all Domestic & Nominated Sub-contractors’ works on site .
• Performing technical review of the Sub-contractors' Shop drawings, Material Submittals prior submitting the same for the Consultant's review/approval .
• Handing over the site work to the QA/QC department ensuring that its QA/QC plan is strictly implemented on site .
• Ensuring full co-ordination of Architectural finishes with other trades .
