Adept to work as Electrical / Low Current Site Inspector responsible for inspecting and reporting on virtually every phase of the construction process
• Site supervision on all Electrical works, ensuring no any deviation from the project procedures and requirements during construction stage abiding with shop drawings, specs and Electrical standards, Codes and regulations.
• Areas of expertise ranging from:
- Power panels, Power systems, Lighting systems & lighting control, Grounding & bonding, structured cabling & data networks, Fire Alarm & Telecom Panels.
- Traffic Management Systems - Intelligent Traffic Signal System
• Work closely with the Construction Superintendents to ensure that the contractors produce the required quality of work in line with the Projects drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that all systems are complete, and that all activities necessary to get the system pre-commissioned have been performed and documented.
• Weekly progress reports, weekly percentage completion reports, and daily reports to include project conditions and ongoing activities.
• Snag lists, Handover checklists, As-built reviewing
• Testing & Commissioning
• Provide on-site guidance to personnel Team for Electrical scope of work.
• Reads and studies the electrical plans and implements it in the site
• Monitor the daily construction details of progress in the discipline
• Updating the Drawing depends on site condition
• Mock up unit Preparation and execution
• Highlighting Site issues
• Commissioning and Final Handover
As a technical division, our mission is to provide after sales maintenance services and support on our company’s product line of production printing machines
• I supervised & managed a team of certified technicians to provide field support to our key customers (Sabic, Maaden & Aramco)
• Coaching and developing staff
• Managed the daily activities of the Branch by following defined policies and procedures monitoring and refining SLA and KPI
• Products population and Spare parts forecast
• Account’s receivables and collection
• Forecasting monthly and quarterly income, developing strategies to achieve branch target
• Maintenance Bid Contracts, offering General Maintenance Agreements
Our role was to execute, launch & maintain high volume production site for integrated printing of secure documents and bills, mailing systems, sorting machines and smart-card personalization system to our key customers like (STC, Saudi Post & Bank Sectors)
• Supervising a team of technicians for installation, setup & configuration of a fully integrated Printing production site with heavy-duty printing machines & Smart card solution systems.
• Conducting in-house training to juniors, providing solutions & alternative procedures to resolve problems whenever a failure arises by following defined SLA
• Determining the service team response time.
• Setting up schedule of preventive maintenance
