key Responsibilities :
• Managing a Team consisting of 21 engineers (Network, System and Support engineers) and 5 services Team.
• Evaluating and identifying organizational needs, to establish operating procedural standards, recommending IT infrastructure requirements and up gradations to ensure acceptable levels of security, disaster management and data recovery plans.
• Establishing annual IT budgets, negotiating for quotations from suppliers, preparing price comparison reports for price approval and necessary action.

• Comprehending potential sales opportunities to explore the same and acquire new accounts, enhancing advisory activities for efficient client service.
• Maintained installation of networks as per standard networking protocols, monitored operational status of all networks, security software including domain controller, exchange servers, WEB Server, trend micro, kaspersky, ISA servers, cyberoam ensuring security by installing Firewall and anti virus software
• Supporting the senior management in development of VPN responses and practices to facilitate contract bidding.
• Managing technology transfer and customization of turnkey IT solutions, aided by a team of engineers, technical support specialists, database administrators, system analysts and technicians.
• Discussing SLA’s with clients to determine their expectations, resolving complaints on phone / by e-mail and provided support under stringent deadlines in a fast-paced, 24X7 environment.

• Imparted lectures for the IT students in areas of Oracle SQL 10 g, Microsoft office, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Windows xp and Oracle form 10g courses and assisted them on key assignments completion as delineated in the syllabus.
• Devised training material for students to enhance capabilities, conducted regular status meetings with the teams and staff committee, presenting relevant information to senior management.
