•Leading and implementing SADARA Project Work Process (SPWP) and methodology.

•Study, evaluate & review all drawings their technical specifications and provide appropriate solutions.
•Facilitate and participate in meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects to supervisor & appointed contractors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Responsible to make cost comparison of various equipment based on the technical specifications of client and propose alternatives for materials/makes.
•Maximizing resource efficiency such as labor, materials and equipment to ensure undue delay and project
completion.
Leading and implementing SADARA Maintenance Work Process (SMWP).
•Training Operations and Maintenance staff regarding the SADARA Maintenance work process
•Improving the Maintenance EH&S efforts to ensure key safety initiatives are accomplished so that our team understands the safety standards, always evaluates the work tasks for hazards, intervenes in unsafe behavior or conditions, and reports Near Misses to further raise awareness to safety concerns.
•Keeping an eye on worker safety & plant safety, monitoring the maintenance of equipment to ensure it stays in good working order and repairing or replacing the equipment Troubleshooting.
•Planning and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase equipment reliability.
•Identifying necessary spares for critical equipment; updating existing equipment spares for material optimization and cost savings.
•Participates in developing the maintenance budget to support the maintenance strategy.
•During development of turnaround work, provides input on scope of work.
