- Troubleshooting Issue with Cisco any connect software and manage the service for Authentication login.
- CCTV Access control By RDP service.
- Allowed RDP access in Machine.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves moderately complex end-user computer software and hardware problems.
- Performs problem diagnosis, guides users through step-by-step solutions, clearly communicates technical solutions in a user-friendly manner and provides one-on-one end-user training as needed.
- Answers incoming calls for software and hardware products. Researches and resolves inquiries of moderate to high complexity, based on Help Desk standards and procedures and other available resources.
- Responsible for installation, upgrades and maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment. Troubleshoots network printer problems, conducts hardware and software inventory database maintenance, provides reporting and performs related work as required.
- Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
- Liaises with Senior Technicians and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to provide solutions for users.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
