• Maintain good working relationships with network and hardware service providers and vendor to ensure that services received meet expected requirements of contract.
• Monitors service delivery compliance to quality standards and business stakeholder requirements.
• Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports If need it.
• Submit all necessary paperwork, including travel itineraries, trip reports, activity reports, expense reports and service reports, as required, accurately and in a timely manner if the site need to visit. Flexibility to travel to the branches.

•Conduct and assist with training to customers on Cisco IP telephone system.
•Work with boom manufacturers and audiovisual providers to coordinate installations.

•Perform installations, including cable pulling, termination, testing and verification.

•Work closely with employees, contractors and third party providers in preparation for the installation.

Welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel.
