• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
• Identify risk areas (through processes) and suggest solutions for the team.

• Serve as a liaison between HR department and other departments to provide system support and analysis to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of all parties.
• Responsibilities of achieving the following tasks through system modules, with continues improvements:
Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program.
Creating and revising job descriptions.
Conducting annual salary surveys.
Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.
Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program.
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
Implement Workflow cycles for HR Procedures.
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
Performing benefits administration.
Implementing Manpower Plans with the approved budget by top management.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
Implementing surveys and voting templates according to management’s requirements.
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
Overseeing exit interviews.
Maintaining department records and reports.
Participating in administrative staff meetings.
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts, new policies, approaches,
And procedures.
• Administrator on MenaITech system.
• Successfully developing HR modules, payroll system, HR system, self service system & any updated or added modules.
• Training the users & all the employees by issuing "user manual" and making training classes.
• Keeping set up of the system as best performance for company's policy in an effective manner.
• Controlling all HR system users, and distribute rules to apply all system functions.
• Following up daily transactions entered by users, to ensure data is entered properly.
• Directly responsible for 5 officers in all group factories,
• Conduct work visit for business unites to ensure proper HR work flow.
• Prepare monthly payroll, social security, and income tax for LG & Haier companies, which contain more than 1000 employees.
• Maintain and monitor daily employee affairs i.e.: attendance, leaves, performance evaluation, and ensure all this information is updated on HR software.
• Working on "Mena I tech" system connected with "ERP" system.
• Handle HR daily work (new job description, specification, training courses etc…).
