YEC is a 4 day event that takes place every year where by groups of 3-4 members construct their own business idea and sell their products in the designated location. Our group participated for 5 consecutive years with profits reaching 25, 000 DHS in 4 days by selling unique colored lenses, creative magnet cubes, and computer accessories in Reef mall, World Trade Center, and Dubai Mall.
As the leader, I was responsible for allocating our suppliers worldwide, managing all costs, managing team members and their responsibilities, and calculating breakeven and ROI.
