As a process Engineer, most of my work covers the following:
1-Process simulation ( using HYSYS, PIPENET, etc)
2-Line, Control valve and pump Hydraulic Calculations
3-Pressure safety valve and pressure relief valve calculations (orifice and Line sizing)
4-De-pressurizing calculation.
5-Process Flow Diagram (PFD) check and verification
6-Piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID) check and verification.
7-Line List Preparation.
8-Data Sheet Preparation (Equipment and auxiliary)
9-Cause and Effect Diagram Preparation.
•Carry on lab tests for assuring quality of product.
• Calculations of the amounts of ingredients used as input
• monitoring the operating parameters( mixing degree, syrup concentration, etc)
