• Scope: One concrete reservoir (270M x 210M x 7M) with precast roof on area 214, 500 square meters - working as the main contractor with full coordination with stakeholders.
• Aimed at increasing water storage capacity from 1002 MIG by 2021 compared to the current capacity of 815 MIG in Dubai.
• Additional, 5 service buildings with a total ground floor area of 57, 000 Sqm including 1700 LM GRE Pipeline 1200 mm, 900 mm with 66 different chambers & 1370 LM precast boundary wall as well as managed the shutdown for GRE Pipeline work.
• Essayed a stellar role effectively handling the shutdown by leading the civil works team and supporting the mechanical teams.

• Recorded Success in saving the organizations millions of AED through the change order process, including pricing, negotiating, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact.
• Seamlessly handled the challenge of shifting a 1.5 Million cubic meter of desert sand and speedily obtaining approval from Dubai Municipality to establish a temporary batching plant to meet the supply of big quantities of ready-mix concrete for the Lusaily Reservoir project.
• Enabled quick DM approvals to shift sand to the nearest places, which drastically reduced cost of shifting sand 30 % for the Lusaily Reservoir project.

• Registered success in effectively handling the massive closing procurement tasks for major civil items like precast for reservoir roof, tower cranes, shuttering & scaffolding materials.
