• I have completed leading the façade construction scope of 2 prestigious 5 stars hotels projects in Dubai starting from early stage till the completion and handing over: The Address Boulevard Hotel -& Rotana Al Bandar Hotel - Dubai.
• I’m currently leading the façade construction scope for Meydan Beach Hotel- 5 stars hotel in Marina JBR.
• My technical role in relation to site scope includes document review, witnessing performance testing, checking works being installed and executed in accordance with design intent and specification requirements, preparing site inspection report, Coordinating with contactors and architect…etc.
• Managing design and delivery of prestigious projects, from conceptual design into a technical and detailing of curtain wall systems.
• I’m currently leading the façade design scope for Crown Plaza Hotel- 5 stars - Dubai
• Understanding and executing of complex façade geometries.
• Generating conceptual thought, proposals and leading such discussions with Client /Architect.
• Coordinating and collaborating with the architect to reply all project enquiries and by giving solutions for the different façade system.
• Preparing tender development packages submissions for façades as detailed design drawings, scope markup drawings and BMU drawings.
• Prepare information for schematic reports regarding design, specifications, materials, color…
• Able to produce technical details of different facades system like unitized system, stick system, point fixed glazing, skylights detailing.
• Preparing technical report, this may include concept options of different new façade alternatives.
