Initiate new clients and business contacts with top consultants and contractors in the US.Coordinate with all agencies and other advertising and media suppliers regarding all future jobs.
Develop and deliver marketing information in a timely manner on behalf of the marketing department.
Expand marketing channels and public relations network with clients in the US.Ensure achieving or exceeding the required weekly and monthly goals.
Prepare letters, proposals, presentations and follow up correspondence.
▪ Completes the account operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains the staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains the staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Analysis of actual results vs. DF/target, highlighting deviations from plan as well as propose improvement opportunities to concerned management. Preparation of any other reports that might be requested by Management for Business decisions. (managing a team of 13 agents)
▪ Carries responsibility for debit/credit memo transaction in AR / AP.
▪ Preparation of adjustments to actualize the prior months invoices.
▪ Journal entries at month end in accounting system
▪ Account Reconciliations.
▪ Tracking and filing new contracts.
