Key accountabilities include, developing new business with net new clients & growing business with existing clients through maintaining strategic partnerships with the clients and developing strategic alliance channel network with key channel partners to expand reach through;
• Developing and Executing on Business Territory & Accounts plans to fulfill sales revenue and goals.
• Establishing very good relationships inside the accounts with CxO level stakeholders, business users through consistently acting as a trusted advisor for the business to facilitate the adoption of ITWORX solutions that will help in solving their business pains.
• Developing and delivering solutions and products presentations, pricing proposals and tender submissions
• Manage contracting, pricing and tendering processes in the assigned accounts
Manage multiple dependent or independent projects
Supervise project management activities and development of detailed system/database designs
Gather, analyze, and document system requirements
Create, maintain, and manage project plan including communication management, project schedule, risk management, scope management, and team management
Manage and provide technical help to developers during implementation phase
Oversee coordination between Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers and other stockholders during project implementation phase
Handle customer communication along with engagement team
Ensure projects different deliverable meet customer expectations
Propose best fit solutions in terms of, quality, price and delivery.
Design technical architectures for solutions components that meet customers’ requirements.
Conduct business analysis activities and document project requirements.
Architect system design and discuss system design alternatives
Manage project technical activities during project phases
Conduct UAT sessions for system end-users
Conduct training sessions for system end-users and administration team.
Lead, motivate, and support team members in technical issues, challenges, and problems
Ensure correct deliverables conformance to quality assurance processes within projects
Identify technical risks and support PM in developing Risk Management Plan.
Support PM in tracking of different measurable aspects in the project
Assist PM in tracking and managing project costs to avoid budget overruns
Report to PM project status on a weekly basis
Develop project documents, project risks, and change requests estimate
Assure assigned and developed modules quality and unit testing activities are executed
Manage project code development and its adherence to project design
Handle project-related technical issues; support and troubleshooting
Reporting project quality status to Team Leader
Ensure project conformance to the company’s standard quality
Understand and verify the functional Requirements of the software.
Understand the software design strategies and method Model for the system structure and behavior
Unit test assigned modules
