Type of business: Polyurethane Foam Manufacture.
Responsibilities:
Production of Flexible Slabstock Polyurethane Foams (Conventional Foams, Filled Foams and High Resilience Foams).
Production of Visco Elastic Slabstock Foams (Memory Foams) with Huntsman Technology in the density range of 45 to 75 kg/m3.
Preparation of formulations of different densities with different hardness and flexibility.
 Assessing the grades and quality of foaming chemicals like Polyether Polyols, Polymeric Polyols, Iso-cyanate, Silicon surfactant, Stannous Octoate, Tertiary Amine, Methylene Chloride and other urethane additives.
Implementation of machine preventive, calibrations, programming and basic requirements for production process.
Monitoring the production process and handling troubleshooting in minimum time.
 Selection of raw materials by testing in lab (box foam test).

Type of business: Decorative Paints, Automotive Paints, Woods Paints, Polishes and Chemicals
Industries.
Responsibilities:
 Setting up quality control specifications for raw materials, in-process products, and finished
products in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
 Implementation of all required inspection procedures and laboratory tests with Quality
Controlspecifications.
 Assisting in reasons analysis for non-conforming products for quality control
specifications.
 Retaining for sample from raw materials and finish product.
 Giving Advice to the production department for any abnormal tests results and ensuring
that remedial action is taken.
