Ensures that all workshops are operating smoothly according to company policy & procedures.
Strengthens service marketing activity in the area & increase number of units services, labor sales & other sales through:
Contracts with fleet users
Local campaigns
Suggest national campaign
Proposes short term & long term recruitment requirement plan for productive &
non -productive.
Effectively utilizes manpower & facilities of all workshops to reduce idle time
(Inter-area transfers).
Monitors, solves & reports technical problems in all workshops through utilization of area Hi- Tech engineer.
Monitors competitors, activities, customer requirement & report through Marketing Product Report.
Builds teamwork spirit between staff of all workshops.
Improves Service productivity through:
Upgrading staff skill (training).
Availability of equipment.
Proper utilization of facilities
Ensures cooperation between workshops & other departments in the centers.
Ensures that proper OJT is given to technicians as directed by training department.
Executes Service Marketing Plans.
Supervises & processes monthly incentives.
Follows annual Plan as applicable.
Ensures that we meet the target laid by the company.
Product technical support to branches and dealers network either by phone calls or through field visits.
Report all types of technical problems.
PRR which is Parts Recovery Request for investigation reasons.
SSC (Special Service Campaigns) & PDC (Pre-Delivery Campaign): Are service campaigns announced, which we apply control and monitor them using the database of our server.

Standardization of Transaction.
Maintains proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones.
Ensures that customer’s buses are fixed right 1st time by implementing the set quality procedures.
Ensures that Customer buses are not damaged during repairs.
Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable.
Ensures High Quality of buses Washing Prior the bus Delivery.
Ensures that repairs are carried out as per request within promised delivery time & estimated cost.
Ensures that others standard of Customer Satisfactions are met perfectly.
Ensures chief technicians are following quality control policy, procedures & is fully responsible for total service quality.
Ensures technicians are distributed in-groups as per skill requirements.
Ensures of mobile service coverage.
