• Manage the process of capturing and translating business requirements to functional and technical specifications, and interact with the Exchange’s Business Departments to facilitate service enhancements.
• Coordinate with the Business Departments, and provide timely and comprehensive responses in order to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Define the scope of projects and create a detailed work plan that identifies the activities needed to successfully complete projects.
• Determine the resources required to complete projects.
• Establish and maintain a close relationship with the Business Departments to understand ongoing levels of satisfaction with the IT services, and recommend improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and comply with the BRM processes.
• Strong blend of MS solutions expertise with strong overall business understanding including multiple sites, multiple locations, and multiple categories across the Enterprise.
• Manage Corporate Portals, Internet/intranet sites, pages, SharePoint backup and restore process as well as troubleshooting any issues that might interrupt these backups and restore processes.
• Lead & manage team, project planning, quality assurance and estimations.
• Develops and qualifies MS vendors to help execute the agreed plan in a cost and effective way, taking into consideration the on-shore, off-shore, insource and outsource models.
• Act as a change agent, providing counsel to other functions like business partners to successfully manage continuous improvement required for Business.
• Customize/brand SharePoint master pages using SharePoint Designer.
• Design and maintain unique looks and feel of sites using CSS, JavaScript and HTML. Additionally, design and manipulate these pages using SharePoint Designer.
• Implement Data View Web part to import data from SQL and from SharePoint list and displaying in SharePoint pages in styled format.
• Design, build, and support configured / customized SharePoint Online applications and associated workflows using tools such as InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Flow, and Apps.
• Design mobile view forms using PowerApps.
• Implement of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
• Manage SharePoint permissions on different levels/security groups.
• Use visual studio to develop, debug, package both sandbox and farm solutions and deploy using PowerShell.
• Create site definition, site columns, content type, list definition, list instance, Document Libraries, and List Views.
• Provide Technical Support to end-users and resolved day-to day issues regarding SharePoint usage.
• Create, configure, customize and implement SharePoint master pages, layout, views, templates, workflows, web parts, InfoPath, custom forms, and other custom components.
• Manage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions and set up a user access.
• Manage the SharePoint backup and restore system.
• Implement Data View Web part to import data from SQL and from SharePoint list and displaying in SharePoint pages in styled format.
• Implement business process applications within SharePoint that include forms, workflow, data, and reports.
• Provide Technical Support to end-users and resolved day-to day issues regarding SharePoint usage.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
