Assistant Sales manager (Brand manager)
Responsible for developing strategies to improve sales, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff, and also be able to delegate tasks of the sales staff, on three specific brands
Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers)
Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
Analytical skills and attention to details
An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
Responsible for developing the brand and managing stocks, invoicing and orders, and always keeping the brand information updated
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- Responsible for organizing sales lines by regions to gain time and increase sales
- Weekly market study with visiting the market daily
