Prepare the accounting policies and standards manual for the group because to the standards differences between Egyptian standards, SCOPA and IFRS
Assess, evaluate the effect of the accounting treatments between the various standards and measure the final impact for the whole consolidation financial statement for the group
Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal policies & procedures
Responsible for periodic management reporting
Responsible for IFRS conversion project for the group
Maintain suitable accounting system according to IFRS 1 First-time Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards
Assess, evaluate the effect of the change in standards in the internal policies and the business
Producing key financial information, and cause of change analysis for monthly process for the group in Egypt and KSA
Preparation of Annual and Quarterly Budget Reviews (including P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet) and monitoring of monthly financial statements for multiple entities in line with area and group guidelines
Planning financial, regulatory, compliance and operational audits using risk based approach to cover all activities/functions
Work with advisers to implement VAT across the group in advance of 1 January 2018
Identify the VAT risks, plan remediation action and manage the implementation of the remediation plan and resolution of the risks
Contribute to the development and implementation of VAT policies, principles, processes and procedures
Identify all changes in the VAT legislations, determine the VAT consequences for the Group and provide remediation plan and solutions
Develop and implement VAT strategies, ensuring compliance with local VAT laws

Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
Oversee the accounting operations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
Ensuring the Adherence to Group Policy and procedures and highlighting any deviations.
Ensuring the corrective accounting Treatment.
Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring the Group policies and procedures for new assets and disposals.
