Responsibilities: - • Manage all personnel and their safety at all times. • Create and train personnel on new S.O.P's. • Regulating personnel on following company S.O.P's. • Control loss and waste of materials. • Assign orders to production lines in accordance with the planning • Participates in the control of specification process with deviation • Check machine status and cleanliness of machines(BHS corrugator, Martin 1228, Martin 934nt, EMBA170, LMC 1000, Bobst 160 ) • Always practice the batch record in accordance with GMP and S.O.P • Keep up to date with current S.O.P's for the department. • Work with all personnel on production floors. . Improve risk assessment process. • Reported to the operation director
Responsibilities: - Participate rings internal quality and external to work on improving
the working environment.
-Ensure the highest efficiency operating machinery available and
according to the qualities typical of the machine
- Ability to work 12 hours on the shift
- Record all uses of raw materials by SAP system and review the line
production on the shift by using CPMS (WITRON system)
- Participate update specifications for raw materials required for industrial
processes to ensure the highest quality global standard rates.
-Assist to improve Standard Operation Procedures (S.O.P).
- Improve risk assessment process.
- Report to Operation Manager and represent operation manger at night
shift.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for Owner contacting and Project Managing.
- Contacting the suppliers to provide different materials and manpower needs
- Managing the technical issues and DASCO team during the Project life.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering "Production Mechanical Dept.”, Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University, Grade: Good(2004-2008) Graduation Project: Mechanical Crane Project,( Designed a mechanical crane using a truss structure to lift a weight to a pre-determined height, with size, stress and weight constraints ,Grade(Excellent)
