Supervision of all electronic applications within the deanship, characterizing and analysis the problems bothering the information system in the deanship, and identify the basic functions of the system and its components from the data and procedures for access to this data, as well as identifying the needs of system users and beneficiaries of the information. And operate the following acts:
- Touch and analyze the problems of the system and the development of perceptions about the appropriate solutions and to study the feasibility of these solutions.
- Determine the needs of the organization of hardware and software.
- Identify the main objects of the database in the system and determine the policies and standards for database management.
- Preparation of system documentation.
- create a plan for installing data processing rules and tools linked with the beneficiaries management systems.
- Put backup plan for the data system.
- Conducting technical and commercial studies to assess the feasibility of developing the system and improve its performance.
- make connection between the management requirements and programmers.
- Estimate the time and cost of the system.
- Devise ideas for advertising and publicity for various activities of the deanship.
- Design advertising campaigns for various activities, exhibitions and conferences.
- Mange multiple projects from the technical side management, and ensure it is completed on the specific time.
- Develop innovative tools serve the propaganda side of the Deanship to increase communication with students.
- help the marketing and editorial team to explain the activity or service features clearly to students and faculty members.
- split tasks and follow up their implementation and development.
- Establishment a certified design technic, and ensure the quality of work in accordance with the standards of quality management.
- Provide ideas and explained it to junior students, which develop there functional skills.
- Ensure that students get the training that qualifies them to deal and take advantage of new technologies in the design.
- Search for talented students and the nomination Outstanding them to hire them by student hiring system.
