Job responsibilities:
- Targeting the major market leads, contacting and meeting them, closing the deal.
- Analyzing the market and preparing the required market researches.
- Exploring new market segments for business cooperation.
- Reporting the work progress reports to the top management on weekly basis.
- Putting the promotional plans for our solutions & applications such as SimulTrain, PetroSims, etc.

Opening new markets and generating new leads.
- Searching, locating and contacting the potential business leads mainly in Oil & Gas, Contracting & IT.
- Preparing the international tender documents with our international partners & JVs (in case of international tenders & projects).
- Fulfilling the requirements of our partners concerning the purchased tenders.
- Preparing, editing and translating the business agreements, MOU, contracts, etc. from and to the English language.
- Preparing, coordinating and attending (if needed) the submission of tender documents of the joint projects with our international partners & joint ventures.
- Managing the E-marketing campaigns of the Group as well as the B to B transactions on the web.
- Communicating and supervising a network of representatives and agents all over the world who are promoting our services, products, and business opportunities.
- Preparing a daily progress report showing the work advancement of the company's current in hand projects to be submitted to the Chairman, GM and BDGM.

Responsible for improving the productivity of Kadoon’s employees.
Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs (Managerial & Soft Skills) for all staff.
Coordination with Technical trainers (Product Managers-Brand Managers) for the needed classes.
Producing training materials for in-house courses.
Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization.
Preparation of “Training Needs Analysis” on quarterly basis.
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
Conducting appraisals.
Devising individual learning plans (Coaching) for key managers and staff members.
Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance.
Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff for the seek-of Kaddon development.
Balancing between training & development based on the Situational Analysis.
