• Responsible for the blue collar sourcing
• Dealing with sub-agencies & Delegates for the Blue Collar candidates
• Handling team from 4 employees
• Responsible for all executing activity start from the job offer till candidate get his visa
• Dealing with the clients regarding the vacancies
• Responsible for all financial issue with sub-agencies & Delegates
• Handling all visas issues
• Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities
• Monitoring the medical status for all candidates during the visa process
• Review reports from my staff, and direct them
• Sending status reports to the Clients on weekly basis
• Follow up with Clients till candidates arrived

• Head hunt the needed and qualified candidates
• Dealing with the clients regarding the vacancies
• Profile the candidates competency mapping after matching with Planned
• Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity
• Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities
• Identifying the qualifications/competencies for each Search assignment required
• provide the manpower which matching to the job description
• Filtering the candidates to do the short list
• Coordinate the dates of interviews and send it to the employer and coordinate it with him.
• Participation to evaluate the candidates during the interview.
• Making Final evaluation after the interview and submit it to the employer.
• Stand on the choices of the employer and start negotiating with the candidates
• Follow-up to the signing of contracts with candidates and business owners.
• Follow-up the candidate’s procedures to let the candidate travel
• Ex: (Health certificates - qualifications - contract documentation for the candidates)
• Try to solve any unexpected problems to complete the candidate’s procedures to let him travel ASAP
• Follow up to finish all the procedures and update the employer
• In case that the employer delegate us to choose for him the candidate, I arrange the interview and do the short list and send it to the employer then start working on finishing his procedures while updating
