• Dealing with the clients regarding the vacancies

• Monitoring the medical status for all candidates during the visa process
• Review reports from my staff, and direct them
• Sending status reports to the Clients on weekly basis

• Stand on the choices of the employer and start negotiating with the candidates
• Follow-up to the signing of contracts with candidates and business owners.
• Follow-up the candidate’s procedures to let the candidate travel
• Ex: (Health certificates - qualifications - contract documentation for the candidates)
• Try to solve any unexpected problems to complete the candidate’s procedures to let him travel ASAP
• Follow up to finish all the procedures and update the employer
• In case that the employer delegate us to choose for him the candidate, I arrange the interview and do the short list and send it to the employer then start working on finishing his procedures while updating
