* Responsible to QC the quality of team’s work and productivity.
* Follow up the work of all branch representatives, ensure regular work progress,
prepare quality control reports, communicate with the bank’s officials, deal
with customer complaints and deliver the bank statements from bank Misr and
HSBC to customers. This is besides the field visit to areas including Minya,
Sohag and Asyut to make sure that work is going on properly and that
customers receive the Accounts issued.
