- Ensure the effective implementation of new organization and management of HR operations, systems and procedures, which maximize people performance and efficiency. With this activity the role has an impact in increased company performance.
- Oversee the implementation of the company’s Human Resources planning in accordance to its short-term and long-term business objectives plan.
- Manage the development, of the necessary retention policies and practices, which will enable the company to always best utilize its high performance personnel, ensuring a high quality of employee force, thus contributing to the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
- Ensure proper filing of received forms for record keeping and audit purposes.

- Assist the OD in organizing and updating organizational structure manual that includes allocation of approved responsibilities for different functions and processes.
- Assist in monitoring the annual performance appraisals process.
- Work aligned with the OD section for Horus 6th of October Factory internal and External Audits.
- Handle with the OD and recruit summer internship program localized in Horus 6th of October Factory.
- Manage exit processes for staff, carrying out exit interviews.

- Defines the candidates profile dependent on the company's needs.
- Organizes internal search and the process of external search to find suitable candidates.
- Complies with the Hiring Procedure and persists in its implementation.
- Develops job advertisements; monitor the quality of the company job advertisements and ensure that they are flawless.
- Deals with various recruitment channels such as newspapers, universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, professional bodies, etc.
- Attends Employment Fairs; presents the organization to the applicants; screens the applications and builds the CV database (hard & soft copies).
- Prepares interviewer comment sheets & reports accordingly.
- Assists in preparing relevant Job Descriptions.
- Checks that compensation levels cope with the company's compensation policy established by the HR department in order to prepare the job offers.
- Conducts employee satisfaction surveys to generate suitable recommendation to enhance employees’ satisfaction.
- Assists in orienting the new employees to the company structure, policies and procedures through the induction program.

- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.

- Keeping track of all penalties, deductions, bonuses and related payments

Recruitment: - Implement the recruitment plan, objectives and policies. - Preparing Job Descriptions. - Conduct Initial interviews (CBI interviews and group discussions) for the relevant positions and make sure proper documentation has been filled. - Responsible for filling senior and junior positions. - Recommend new channel/source of recruitment (E-mails, Recruitment agencies, Employment fairs, Referrals, Social Media ).
