Ensure a commitment of management, contractor and contractor’s workforce to the best Health Safety Security and Environment performance
Supervise & lead project personnel within PMT and support project construction manager as necessary
Establish technical and construction engineering routine with contractor construction & fabrication engineering personnel
Review of engineering deliverables & provide regular project status reports of engineering and Procurement Supply Change Management (PSCM) deliverables in line with project schedule
Provide guidance to contractor and BP construction teams on key engineering / PSCM interface issues
Responsible for Construction group Risk & Lessons Learned activities
Manage effective communication between engineering, technical, construction, project controls groups, PSCM and design engineering contractor
Manage technical interface between design engineering contractor and Construction Management Team
Work with Communication & External Affairs (C&EA) teams to ensure State Authority approvals are achieved
Development assistance on Mechanical Completion execution plan for contractor on construction of terminal facilities at site
Deliver constructability reports and ensure the contracts’ Scope of Work account for constructability issues
Manage the clarification of contractor requests for change in scope or design engineering introduced change through a robust Management of Change process.
Agree individual contracting strategies for the Project Execution contract deliveries
• Development assistance for the construction execution plan
• Deliver Construction input into Engineering Design
• Ability to lead by example / control of groups of engineers / technicians

Improve the sales targets in the MEA Region.
Collects, collates and compiles all documents related to quotations and enquiries
Checks capability of the company to fulfill customer requirements, including materials, machinery, skills, technical data and time before raising quotations
Communicates with customers in order to build good working relationships and also to be accurate with details concerning quotations
Prepares quotations according to standard price lists, agreements and contracts
Records the method of calculation of quotations for historical purposes
Prepares, coordinates and follows up documentation with billing administration department
Responsible for entering and updating data in SAP system
Responsible for maintaining quotation files and updating Quotation and Job Registers
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
(coordination with centre of excellence in UK and Norway.
Assigned as a team leader for on-going “Continuous Improvement event” which basically hit and target tenders preparation lead time improvement.
