 Preparing the LAB setup for testing
 Invite the concerned team for the demo and approval
 Support the operation team for pilot installations and troubleshooting session

 Supporting Operation team for the issues which require design modification
 Coordinating with vendor to get updates regarding new IOS upgrade, Patch installation and test prior to upgrade the production devices.
