As the Chief Accountant, I am a key member of our organizations financial leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing
Director, my role played a vital part in managing all aspects of finance, ensuring financial stability, accuracy, and compliance. My
expertise was essential in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and strategies to support the companys
growth and success.
Key Deliverables:
• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial
management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Enter or direct the entry and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and
operating expenses, and insurance records.
• Direct, conduct, and/or participate in cost analyses and rate studies.
• Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
• Review accounting and administrative controls.
• Establish system controls for new financial systems and develop procedures to improve existing systems.
• Coordinate the preparation of external ICV, audit materials, and external financial reporting.
• Review financial statements with management personnel.
• Control on company AR, AP, PBG, LC & VAT.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, and other related procedures
and controls.

Report to M.D. & effectively managed all aspects of Finance-payables, receivable, cash flows, projections, Budgeting, finalization
of documents for annual auditing & Zakat submission, finalization of documents for Quarterly V.A.T. submission, and

accountable for the smooth running of Finance Dept.
Key Deliverables:
• Evangelizing the transformation of financial outlook drove business strategies.
• Supervising all regular accounting processes such as AP-AR and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
• Displaying account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
• Managing and maintaining finance-related programs and documents inclusive of plans and programs.
• Organizing all company financial programs and ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements.
• Analysing and forecasting financial requirements for the organization.
• Overseeing and safeguarding efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
• Monitoring and implementing all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
• Assisting departments in the account reconciliation process every month.
• Administering all bank transactions and overseeing data recording procedures monthly.
• Providing support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
• Developing budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
• Preparing journal entries and synthesizing a common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Reconciling V.A.T. owned to prevent discrepancies and maintain the readiness of expected tax liabilities.
• Handling the cash flow, revenue, and overall finances of an organization and handling the working capital & liquidity
challenges. Guiding the finance team, ensuring that they are appropriately motivated and developed to carry out their
responsibilities to the required standard.

• Accountable for branch managing, accounts, dealing with liquid cash, managing employees, dealing with customers,
organizing training, processing customer KYCs, meeting targets, petty cash management, timely reporting, loan Insurance
collection and allocation, processing savings and recurring deposits requests, processing withdrawal requests, presenting
branch status in front of higher authorities, conducting public awareness programs to the members.
