emirates of UAE.

• As a UAM track Lead have experience in administering user accounts on common applications like Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Lyncs, VPN and few CHI supported clinical applications like Dragon, Lynx, Star & Cerner, Meditech, All Scripts, etc.
• Enabling/Disabling/Password resets in AD, creating home directory, provisioning of Lync, VPN accounts, creating new global groups and assigning to the folders created. Changing folder inherited permissions and modifying the user’s permissions to the folders. Connecting to various workstations/servers through computer management and granting administrative access to users/service/test accounts. Taking remote control of user’s machine and manually mapping drives.
