1. Ensuring appropriate procurement of all project materials and maintenance materials, including spare parts as per client’s requirement.
2. Generating Enquiries to Supplier with respect to Specifications and Technical Data sheet.
3. Compilation and Submission of project specific Vendor approval documents, Materials submittal as per Clients requirement.
4. Preparing purchase Orders/contracts for Equipment in line with the Contract Specifications and project requirement.
5. Finalization contracts & purchase orders considering clear technical specifications, commercial terms and legal provisions which are required to safeguard the company’s interests.
6. Preparation of Comparison formats as per ISO regulations to have fair and healthy competition and to have transparency with suppliers and company’s management. Coordinating with central procurement department on the updates of the negotiations and order finalizations.
7. Coordination with site for procurement of materials required during project execution and completion of snag items for obtaining PAC.
