Prepare patients for diagnostic procedure like bone marrow, lumbar puncture and pleural aspiration
Checking blood sugar with glucometer
Maintaining hygienic needs of the patients

Giving psychological support and to provide moral support to patients
Prepare and maintain all operation rooms for daily surgical procedures and possible emergencies
Ensure type of anesthesia with anesthesiologist
Keep the patient position with the help of assistance
Arrange instrument for the surgery and rechecking of the same
Check the instruments, mops and needles with a circulating nurse before closing the peritoneum and assure which are correct
After the surgery, shift the patient to SICU and handover to the concerned authority
Maintaining records and reports
As a scrub nurse in operation theatre to assist major surgeries like laprotomy, nephrectomy, all laproscopic surgeries, URO surgeries and ORTHO surgeries, and all general surgeries.
