•Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
•Setting up Active Directory accounts for new users and creation of Group policies to enforce Domain and OU Level Security of Users and Computer objects.
•Office 365 user management by assigning licenses to appropriate users.

•Providing technical support for the ERP application for the new joiners.
•Assisting IT Manager in the maintenance of CCTV and biometric devices.
•Procure IT Assets via trusted suppliers and obtain competitive prices and warranty options.
•Responsible for managing advertising displays inside the company.
•Responsible for maintaining company website done using WordPress.
