1. Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics needs for customers &various internal departments such as production plant, procurments etc,
2. Liaise with client, including telephone and written correspondence, handling queries and claims whilst taking responsibility for investigations relevant to the department.
3. Supervision with 3PL freight forwarders to monitor EXIM from UK, US, EU&ME.
4. Liaising with local and overseas Suppliers, transport coordinators, brokers in order to get shipment delivered to customers on time.
5. Supervision with transport team, Dispatchers and receivers for the shipment schedule, deliveries, to ensure the timely deliveries customers.
6. Order Processing generation of Delivery Note, picking list, Transport POD through ERP and WMS.
7. Prepare export and import documents drafts such as CI, DGD, and packing list to submit to MOI approvals.
8. Discussion Daily Operation needs with Production plant, and reporting KPI to RSM in periodical basis
9. Issuing production requests(PRs) and closely follow up with procurement team till POs issue to respective suppliers,
10. Liaising with the Store, Inventory departments to ensure all stock movements inbound and outbound are completed correctly to maintain the stock integrity at 100% correct.
11. Control and manage Assets and deploy the same to plants for production upon the customer Requirements.
1. Ensures operations are conducted as per the Standard Operations procedures.
2. Coordinating and planning operations schedules through arranging daily operation meeting with Receiving and dispatching team.
3. Monitor the shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries, customer service in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure transport has been organized locally for customer’s deliveries/returns and that all relevant documentation has been completed to the required standard.
5. Preparing and verifying Inbound/Outbound and warehouse Non Conformance with operations team in order to report respective clients if any shortfalls find during operations.
6. Preparing and verifying Job files and Invoices in order to submit the clients in periodic basis.
7. Preparing various KPIs and Reports such as inbound & Outbound and Customer Service KPIs &warehouse Survey Reports in periodic basis.
8. Assigned as “Fire Brigade” in order to liaise with safety department to comply with HSE Policies, Procedures and regulations during operations.
1. Coordinating Inventory, Dispatch &receiving departments in the WH to ensure all stock movements inbound and outbound are completed correctly to maintain the stock file integrity at 100% correct.
2. Supervising employees and ensuring timely delivery and receiving.
3. Scheduling employees, truck drivers, arranging drop offs and deliveries and scheduling loading dock, use of mechanized equipment such as forklifts.
4. Generation of Delivery sheet, pick list, Transport POD etc.
5. Checking and verifying shipping records, handling questions or concerns in shipping and addressing problems with inventory management department
6. Entering information into ERP and WMS for future Records.
7. Handling returned stocks through returned management system(GRMS)
