 My scope of work is managing all the company projects.
 Assisting the executive manager in the technical affairs.
 Performing venders, materials, procurement contracts.
 Setting up projects schedules and making sure that projects are going according to the projects scheduled times including the following projects:
 Al Jafri four towers buildings cost value 35 million and total area of 17000m2 buildings was handed over befor, 1433 H, Haj season.
 Kamal Azhar tower 16th floor building cost value 40 million.
 Salah Jamal sons tower 14th floor building cost value 20 million was handed over befor, 1434 H, Haj season.
 Marwan Altwerqi tower 16th floor building cost value 65 million was handed over befor, 1434 H, Haj season.
 Hameid Alheiby tower 14th floor building cost 14 million.
 Private tower 14th floor building in Nuzha cost 18million.
 6 school buildings in Jeddah total cost value 56 million. Ministry of Education in Jeddah.
 Finishing delayed Medinas Prisons for the Ministry Of Interior in six months period with total work of more than 26 million. The total cost value for the project is 53 millions .It consist of twelve buildings over four zones the total area more than 7, 0000 m2.Iincludes of asphalts parking, curbstone, landscape, electric poles, cables extension's, and public sewage and manholes layouts.
 Study, estimate, price and bid for 67 million school building in Medinas ministry of education, and win the tender.
 Study, estimate, price and bid for water tank in Yanbu the value 72 million. Ministry of Water in Medina, and win the tender
 Study estimate, price and bid for the rehabilitation of Yanbu City of Pilgrims the value 163 million. Ministry of Pilgrims, and win the tender
 Study and biding estimate, price and bid for the scout buildings in KAAU IN Jeddah the value 16 million, and win the tender

 The project is design and build joint venture between Alarrab and Rabiah which was design by Saudi Diyar Consultant.it is 800 hundred villas over estimated area 191700m2 for the first phase and total cost of 789, 662, 000 riyals.
 The second phase was over 107, 778 m2 estimated cost 399 million.
 My main work was getting approval for designs of the projects villas types, buildings, site layout.
 Starting the procurement process .engineering staff, management, security people, financial department.
 Setting the boundary limits for more 4 kilometers and build offices area of 1000 m2 for project and consulting.

Joining Bin Turkey company in Makkah as executive manager, I carried out a complex of three 20th story towers .earning 300 million government projects in Makkah, Altaif, Medina and Jeddah .In addition of following traction of several high building towers for the company.

This project was in KAEC area named Bay La Sun Towers. The twin tower consists of 6 Floors, roof and Lower Ground Floor, Upper Ground Floor in each tower with 116 Apartments. The original contract value is 357 Million Saudi Riyal and it includes Landscape/Hardscape, Drivers room, Swimming Pool etc. Emaar Middle east is the client and Turner Arabia is the Project Management and El Kherji(SAK) is the Consultant for this project, design by Saudi Diyar Consultant.
