• Performing audit for the organization based on management requirement.
• Help to give out technical review, which involved IT and specific technology.
• Perform follow-up audit to close all audit findings from previous audit.
• Help in audit preparation such as gathering information and documents.
• Come out with audit report and brief it to the head of audit before it can be present to higher management.
• Help to maintain and update internal repository.
• Learn to perform financial audit and review the general aspect of such as SOP, financial spending, consultancy contract, etc.
• Do site visit to ensure the area/scope of audit is covered.
• Involved in volunteering activities and engaging with staffs across department.
• Attending talk and training to enhance personal skills as well as do networking session.
• Responds to customer technical related to hardware and networking
• Diagnosing problem and providing resolution for technical service
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation
• Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical issue
• Remains knowledgeable of Dell’s product line, policies, and procedures
I was assigned to the IT Audit Department. The main that I done are:
• Ensure the process involving IT is align with the guidelines and standards, Observe system testing, Provide independent opinion on IT projects
• Involved in Security Posture Assessment (SPA) project as committee
• Involved in ECR project as independent observer
• Involved in Disaster Recovery Activities as independent observer
• Performed ad-hoc assignment related to audit program
• Analyst the problem and provide the solution, escalate the case to 2nd level support
• Ensure that customer is satisfy with the services
• Ensure the work is deliver based on the company’s SLA
