Monitoring Contractor's Submittals to Local Authorities and ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner in accordance with the Contract document.
Responding to Contractor's Request for Information (RFI) to clarify ambiguities.
Meet with Local Authorities along with Contractor where required and attend Site visits by Local Authorities in order to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth approval process.
Review & Approving Contractor's payment in line with estimated work completion, so that they can paid for the actual work done.
Review & Approving Contractor's change order request and variation, so that legitimacy and extent can be confirmed. Prepare & Issuing job Site Instructions for new works and modifications to the tender contract.
Attending regular meetings with the Construction team and the Client to report on progress and help resolve issues where they arise.
Witnessing testing & Commissioning and performance of various plant and systems. Issuing 'Handing Over' certificate for completed works.
Where required, providing a Snag list for outstanding minor works by Contractor.

Appraises the project manager in respect of progress of work & any variation or changes required to the site works, monitor the availability of the types and quantities of materials required on site, ensure Material deliveries to site conform to specified requirements.
Responsible to change necessary changes in the drawing and do the erection as per the site conditions, raising the RFIs (Request for Information) & CVIs (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction), attending the meetings with consultants & main contractors, commissioning of HVAC systems.
Building Heat Load Calculation Using HAP Software Program as per ASHRAE Standard, Equipment’s selection as per the schedule and specification, duct design following DW 144 standard & SMACNA standard.
Piping design for Chilled Water, Plumbing & Fire fighting. Static pressure calculation for Exhaust fans, AHUs & FCUs. Pump head calculation for Chilled Water, Plumbing & Firefighting pumps.
Expansion vessel calculation for Pressurization unit. Designing the Car park ventilation Inline fans, Jet fans, Staircase pressurization fans, Smoke Exhaust fans, Grilles, Diffusers and Louvers.
Preparation of Shop drawings. Designing the Building fresh air, exhaust air and the Heat Recovery Wheels for FAHU.
Preparation of Material Submittals for consultant’s approvals, planning the material and man power requirement and work to be done as per the program.
