• Design and Implantations of Long-distance/ Junctions project

• Working knowledge of, and experience with configuration of Cisco network routers and switches.
• Conduct work inspections to ensure the compliance to drawings and specifications
• Responsible for Installation, Termination and Testing of Fiber, RF, Power, Ethernet (CAT6) cables and Prepare Installation Test reports.
• Review signaling concept design, application drawing, installation scheme plan and design drawing of the project and liaison with engineering team if any changes as per site condition
• Coordinate/ liaise with subcontractors for completing the consultant’s inspection comments, corrective actions for the NCRs and deficiencies the agreed time.
• Prepares daily, weekly progress reports, technical reports, red line drawings, documentation of activity for the client and project management.
• Implementing the scope of work for the placement of IPND to the Ministry of National Guard. Performing site inspection, site survey, implementing guidelines of Outside Plant Network and Engineering practices with familiarization of International Telecommunications Standards, Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI).
• Ability to direct installation teams (OSP/Civil Works/FOC).
• Design underground structures such as manholes, hand holes and concrete encased conduits.
• Closely manage contractor's overall performance, provide regular reports on contractor’s performance.
• Coordinate with material & equipment supplies i.e. concrete, asphalt and machineries.
• Assure that construction codes and safety regulation are being implemented.
• Ensure fiber records are accurately updated in a timely manner upon completion of project.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors and expedite progress of work.
• Prepare discrepancy reports and follow up the clearance of the problems.
• Perform construction and maintenance of OSP/ISP infrastructure according to industry standards
• Ability to track, prioritizes, and completes multiple sites simultaneously.
• Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget.
• Communicate project status to Managers on weekly basis.
• Complete the assigned projects within the defined scope and timelines.
• Implement the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines to meet with client requirements
