Knowledge of all type of Abrasive Blasting, surface preparations& various painting system / coating lining and there applicable for various Environments.
Knowledge of all type of Painting Inspection Method & Inspection Instruments. Routine inspection blasting and painting of Piping, Vessels and Tanks.
Inspection of incoming materials traceability according with the specifications
To assure complete & correct execution of approved Project Quality Procedure. Responsible for all preliminary inspection, final inspection & Hold points that have been established in Project Specification & ITP are witnessed. Responsible for monitoring, recording, surveillance of painting/ Coating activities as required by the Project Specification.
Record site condition like Humidity, Dew point, Dry film Thickness, Holiday detection& other action as detailed in Inspection Test Plan.
Conducting chloride test, air purity test, abrasive contamination test, Dust test, Paint curing & hardness test, etc as required by the Project spec.
Co-ordinate and assisting Client & Site construction team for effective Integration of QC daily activity.
