• Arranging joint visits for DT on problematic sites through meetings with operation’s team leads.

Worked as RF Engineer on MS DT (Managed Services) ZTE Project with Telenor responsibilities include the following.
• Coordinating with ZTE BSS teams for joint visits on problematic sites in north and pointing out the issues related to both hardware and configurations through call testing on all TRX's/MAIO's of each sector both GSM/DCS and resolving them and suggesting necessary steps for resolving issues. Also checking and pointing out RF environment issues like interference, frequency clashes and suggesting necessary steps to resolve issues.
• BSC software up gradation/ BSC Expansion drive tests for checking the behavior of BSC after up gradation/ Expansion. Activity featuring handovers between different sites of BSC and handovers with the sites neighboring BSC's (intra and inter BSC HO), data testing, call connectivity checking through short calls, quality of call checking s through long call and point to point updates with LCC-ZTE RF teams for updating.
• LAC splitting and re-homing drive test.
• Log files analysis of all activities.

Worked as RF drive and post processing Engineer on Telenor Vega Swap project-ZTE.
• Conducting drives tests for different sites in Central 3 with having strong experience on TEMS Investigation, NEMO and MapInfo including the following.
• Health check and checking Sector Swap of sites after their cutover both GSM/DCS (partial and full both).
• SSV (Single Site Verification) Drive Tests featuring all sectors handovers, detailed data testing and TRX testing.
• Pre and Post Swap Cluster Drive Tests and analysis and comparison of results of both drives.
• Trouble shooting of the issues that come in the cluster drives like data link failure, handover failure, drop calls and block calls, interference by tracking the reasons behind.
