Manpower Coordinator
1.To line up the nominees which include direct and indirect staff with the help of HRD / PP&A.
2.Liaison with nominees for mobilization to the concerned projects.
3.Supervise daily manpower status both for direct & indirect staff & updation of mobilization status.
4.Update status of the assigned project and forward the same to the concerned project / site manager and all other concerned personnel through e. mail.
5.To follow instructions / demands received from the project and arranging their mobilization.
6.To arrange medical test of the personnel nominated for the project both direct / indirect.
7.To arrange reservation of the personnel to be mobilized at project and verify the travel agent’s receipts accordingly.
8. Correspondence with overseas project regarding manpower requirement
etc.
9. Data feeding of selected, mobilized and demobilized personals on daily
basis.
10.Arrange the terms of direct manpower (non-management) to meet the requirement of project.
11. To ensure timely completion of Emigration/Protection formalities.
12. To ensure the orientation and mobilization / HSE of every persons who are being mobilized to overseas project.
13. To coordinate with logistic coordinator for day to day mobilization to
other country.
14. Very closely coordination with HRD and Manpower coordinator at overseas pupil for timely selection/nomination of management staff.
15. To collect the monthly establishment register report from overseas manpower coordinator to update / reconcile the data of Pakistani’s as well as other nationalities manpower and allocate employee numbers of the manpower of other nationalities.
16. To collect the performance appraisals of the demobilized manpower and update the databank accordingly.

1.To enter the Personal information of new employees in MPSCs (Manpower Strength Control System).
2.To update the personal information of old employees in Data Bank.
3.Allotment of employee number to new employees, which include the nominees for Overseas Project.
4.To enter the Manpower requirement received from overseas BA in MPSCs.
5.To enter the relevant information of visa processing status in respect of each nominee.
6.To ensure & update the mobilized manpower in System, at any overseas
project.
7.To ensure & update the Daily Project wise manpower mobilization status of each respective overseas project in System.
8.To prepare the Project wise salary sheet.
9.To ensure the complete documentation of selected manpower.
10.To generate the craft wise daily status of mobilization.
11. To generate the craft wise summary of available and mobilized
manpower.
12. Issuance of call letters/telegram to the candidates short listed for
mobilization.
13. To generate the air booking of to be mobilized persons
