• Directly supervised a team of 17 employees.
• Supervision of HVAC, Boiler, Water plants, CSSD, Laundry, piping, valves and other equipment.
• Member of Administrative management, Inspection committee and other additional activities.
• Assign responsibilities and ensure safe operations & equipment’s maintenance.
• Investigate work place incidents and perform weekly report.
• Establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules and resolve problems.
• Coach, train and motivate employees by working with them on floor.
• Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
• Assist in the installation of MEP work.
• Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor.
• Coordinating and administrating MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings.
• Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.
Tours plant to inspect fire and safety equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and correct
potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develops and implements safety program to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working
conditions, utilizing knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, and industrial health and
safety laws.
• Educate all levels of staff, including leadership, on best practices and proper equipment usage.
• Survey equipment and facilities, identifying potentially unsafe conditions and implementing
remedial processes.
Tours plant to inspect fire and safety equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and correct
