• Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Maintaining current HR files & databases of employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Processing monthly payrolls, reconciliation and various payroll reports which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system by collecting time and attendance records.
• Preparing Air Tickets, Leave Settlements, Final Settlements based on the company’s HR policies.
• Preparing & validating SIF files using WPS (Wage Protection System) for transfer of monthly salaries.
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records such as grievances, performance reviews & disciplinary actions.
• Participating in recruitment efforts, posting job ads, and organizing resumes and job applications.
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
• Serving as a point person for all employee queries.
• Oversee the activities of shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.
• Contributing to warehouse activities during busy periods to ensure a high level of customer service and prevent teams from falling behind during high-order volume time periods
• Develop and maintain schedules, onboard new hires, and set department goals based on company expectations.
• Evaluate employee performance to ensure that the entire team runs efficiently while providing guidance to make team members more effective.
• To support overall performance and efficiency by developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout shipping, receiving, and warehousing cycles.
• Managing inventory levels, ensuring that changes in inventory are promptly and accurately recorded in internal supply chain systems.
• Deliver performance reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis and report back on employee performance and annual evaluations.
• Ensure the smooth flow of operations and maintain the safety of all the employees
