Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage the Monitoring, measurement, and review of Internal Processes, Especially
those that affect the Quality of the Organizations products.
Lead a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, auditors, analysis, and technicians
Conduct Periodic management review meetings
2. Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and
measuring devices.
3. Keep up on standards, regulation/laws, issues and news with respect to product
(service) quality.
4. Supervises and coordinates activity of workers engaged in inspection and testing.
5. Maintain and active leadership role with the plan management team.
6. Trained, developed and counselled employees to develop a high performing team.
7. Experience working with supervisors and quality staff for food safety, while resolving
issues that arise.
8. Assure the proper maintenances/inventory of Lab supplies and equipment to avoid lost
time.
9. Develop, Implement, and evaluate systems of control, developing and updating
standards.
10. Performs other duties as described under Head master title

Key Responsibilities:
Management of Biscuits and other Bakery items according to company standard.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures
Ensure that the company products and process are in compliance with applicable quality
standard and requirements.
Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures for receipt and control of
incoming, in-process material and final product inspection activities.
Making process flow chart of biscuit lines and candy line and other bakeries items.
Establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective action and verification
records.
Responsible of fire risk assessment.
Maintaining of all QA department documentation.
Responsible for providing the raw material (ingredients) standard and specification.
Making food safety policy, management review meeting.
To work on shelf life of biscuit and other bakeries items.
Identify the workers training needs.

Manage of Mixing Area.
Making Reports
