Coordinate with third party laboratory for all required tests at site.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per tender specifications and drawings
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Writing Daily Reports & preparing the upcoming work schedule.
Maintain Quality of work and control wastage of materials at the site.
Conducting regular Site inspections at our ongoing Sites.
Coordinate with the Project Manager on all quality issues.
Coordinate with Subcontractors, Consultants & Clients for smooth working of the project.
Acting as the main technical instructor on a construction site for subcontractors, technicians and operatives.
